1. Paper Preparation

Please click here to download the format instruction and word template, and then format your paper accordingly. Please download the Submission Form and fill in relevant information when you submit papers.

2. Submitting Paper(s)

Please submit your papers and submission form via email: eiece2023@163.com. If there is any problem, please feel free to contact us through email (eiece2023@sina.com) or telephone (86-15271919685). Note: Regular papers are allowed to 5 pages. Extra pages will incur additional charges.

3. Acknowledgement

When you submit a manuscript, the editor or editorial assistant sends an e-mail confirmation to the submission's author within one to three working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, please check your bulk email box or contact the editorial assistant by email: eiece2023@sina.com.
